Savannah Event Catering offers Fully Staffed parties and Drop-offs. We will deliver anywhere within the Savannah-Metro area at no extra charge, provide chafing dishes upon request and leave remaining food in To-Go packaging at the end of the function.
All food is served on HIGH QUALITY DISPOSABLES unless otherwise specified. Rental items such as china plates, glasses and silverware must be rented and delivered to the venue 1 day prior to the event. Serving utensils and chaffing dishes will be provided at no charge for staffed parties. Due to liability reasons, bartenders CAN NOT be provided for any events serving alcoholic beverages. For any event at which Steaks, Chops or Meats are being served a grill may be required, (additional staffing fees may apply). Prices on this menu are subject to change at any time. Specific items ordered are subject to availability and may be substituted.
For staffed parties; a schedule of the event start and service time is required at the time of booking and must be confirmed 1 week prior to the event. At least 2 hours before and after the event are required for proper set-up and breakdown of equipment. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required along with a signed contract to reserve a date and pricing for all staffed parties and drop-offs over $500. In order to insure sufficient staffing and food production, a guaranteed number of people attending any function must be furnished 3 weeks prior to the event along with any remaining balance. Reductions in guest amount or no-shows do not affect guaranteed price.
For drop-off events; our staff will set up your food on your table accompanied by a tablecloth, disposable plates, utensils, napkins and plastic cups, and then they will leave. Full payment is required by the time food is delivered. Chaffing dishes and serving utensils may be provided upon request for drop-off events at no extra charge. Client will be charged for the full amount of replacement, for any lost or damaged equipment. As a courtesy, please refrain from removing any equipment from the room it was delivered to. An additional service charge may be levied for time spent looking for misplaced equipment. Equipment pick-up is on the same date as the event unless otherwise specified.
